No, you didn't miss days 3-5. I wanted to wait to give you an update that would have some results attached to it! This will be short and sweet, but hopefully inspiring. As of today I have lost 3 pounds, not too bad for a weeks work!
Just a quick recap of the program I am following, I am having two delicious shakes a day and a nice dinner which consists of a lean protein and veggies! This program is super easy to follow and flexible, considering you can choose which meals you want to substitute a shake for as long as you have two shakes a day and a high protein meal with some fruit and veggies!
